FAQ

Crossing Taiwan in three days — are we constantly on the road?

There is real driving involved, but the 10 hours of vehicle use per day already cover both the travel and the time at each temple. The route runs north to south in order, so we never backtrack.

When is the best time to visit Xingtian Temple and Longshan Temple?

Morning, when the incense burns brightest and the atmosphere is at its best — which is why the Taipei temples sit on the first morning of the itinerary.

Where do we stay over the three days?

Night one in Taipei, night two in Taichung or Nantou. Accommodation is not part of the charter fee, but your travel consultant can help arrange it.

Do we bring our own vegetarian meals and worship supplies?

Vegetarian restaurants come as a recommendation list, and for joss paper and offerings your driver can take you to a shop nearby. Accommodation, attraction tickets and activity fees, meals and personal expenses are not included (vegetarian restaurant recommendations are included).
