FAQ

Which traditions does the four-day route cover?

From Xingtian Temple in Taipei and the temple clusters of Lion's Head Mountain in Miaoli, to Dajia Matsu and Chung Tai Chan Monastery, and finally the Tsou village of Dabang in Alishan and Tainan's Matsu temples — Taoism, Buddhism and indigenous belief are all part of it.

What should we know before visiting the indigenous village?

The village has its own protocols and a ceremonial calendar, so we confirm in advance what can be visited. Ask before taking photographs and do not wander into ceremonial grounds; your driver and our local contact will explain as you go.

How is accommodation arranged over the four days?

Along the route — Miaoli or Taichung, then Taichung or the Chiayi area. Accommodation is not part of the vehicle fee, but your travel consultant can help arrange it.

What does the price include?

A private vehicle and local Taiwanese driver throughout, 10 hours of vehicle use per day, fuel, tolls and parking fees, plus the full protection of a licensed Class A travel agency. Accommodation, attraction tickets and activity fees, meals and personal expenses are not included (vegetarian restaurant recommendations are included).
