The restaurant's digital art installation, Sea of Fertility (豐饒之海), unfolds in four parts: the origin of all things, the sea of the universe, the four seasons of Japan and the smart city, using the ocean to link Kaohsiung's history with an imagined future.
03HAWKER
HAWKER Southeast Asian restaurant on the 2nd floor
There are two restaurants on the 2nd floor: HAWKER reinterprets Southeast Asian street food and serves lunch and dinner, while Zhan Lu on the same floor is a contemporary Chinese restaurant designed so that sunlight passes through a shallow reflecting pool. SEEDS on the ground floor handles breakfast and turns leftover ingredients into compost, which goes to small farmers in Pingtung who grow vegetables that come back to the table.
