The hotel has 297 rooms on the 2nd–17th floors, ranging from 21.0 to 60.4 sqm. Most are twin rooms, and there are also triple rooms, accessible rooms and 3 concept rooms on the 13th floor themed on Jiufen, Taiwanese desserts and an old Tainan house. Rooms have bidet toilets, but only Deluxe rooms and above have a bathtub, and no room can take an extra bed.
The facilities are on three floors: the 1st floor has the Italian bistro JAPOLI, where breakfast is also served; the 2nd floor has a guest lounge and a coin laundry; and the 17th floor at the top has public baths, separate for men and women and free for guests. There's no gym or swimming pool, and no room service.

01Public Bath
Men's and women's public baths on the 17th floor
The public baths are on the top floor, the 17th, separate for men and women and free for guests. They're open 06:00–10:00 and 15:00–24:00, closing 18:30–19:00 for disinfection.
The men's bath looks out over the streets of Taipei, with the pool running along a row of floor-to-ceiling windows and a rock garden inspired by Taiwan's mountains outside. Bring towels and amenities up from your room; some times of day can be busy.

Breakfast is at JAPOLI pizza pasta cafe on the 1st floor, 06:30–10:30 (last entry 10:00), with a 90-minute limit. The buffet has Taiwanese dishes, JAPOLI's Italian dishes and Japanese side dishes, and some items (danzai noodles, seafood congee) are made to order.
It's NT$660 for adults and NT$330 for ages 6–11 (service charge included), and free for ages 5 and under; on weekends and public holidays breakfast is for hotel guests only. Lunch and dinner, 11:30–22:30, center on pizza, pasta and risotto, and from 17:00 it doubles as a bar.
03Sky Garden
The sky garden and the women's reclining bath
The sky garden outside the bath windows is designed around the image of Taiwan's mountain ranges. The women's bath also has a reclining bath area where you can soak lying down.
Guide dogs and service dogs may enter all the hotel's facilities except the baths. The hotel also offers paid massage, 10:00–24:00 by reservation (NT$1,200–1,600 for 40 minutes).

Rooms are on the 2nd–17th floors, with a bidet toilet, electric kettle, fridge and safe. Only Deluxe rooms and above have a bathtub, and only the Standard Queen and the queen room with a terrace (露臺大床房) have a desk (for other room types, one can be requested when booking). No room can take an extra bed; children aged 5 and under stay free sharing a bed with an adult (1 child per bed). Since January 1, 2025, rooms no longer provide single-use toiletries, so bring your own toothbrush and other essentials. Views vary by room type, so confirm when booking.

The hotel is at No. 30, Section 3, Zhongxiao East Road, Da'an District, Taipei, right beside MRT Zhongxiao Xinsheng Station, and the Taipei Tech (Zhongxiao) bus stop is also about a 30-second walk away. There are convenience stores within a 4-minute walk.
MRT Zhongxiao Xinsheng Station is the interchange of the Bannan Line and Zhonghe–Xinlu Line. Exit 3 has an accessible elevator and an escalator, and the hotel is about a 30-second walk from it. With a private charter
The drive from Taoyuan International Airport takes about 45 minutes, and from Songshan Airport about 15 minutes. The hotel has no shuttle, and the MRT at the door makes getting around the city easy. But for outlying sights such as Jiufen, Jinguashi and Yehliu, public transport takes about 1 hour 30 minutes one way plus a bus transfer, whereas a private charter from the hotel can link two or three stops in a day without changing vehicles. Section 3 of Zhongxiao East Road has heavy traffic, so have your driver pick up and drop off at the hotel entrance. Guest parking is at the partner parking lot; please check with the hotel whether it applies to charter vehicles.
