Four Points by Sheraton Yilan Jiaoxi is on Ren'ai Road in Jiaoxi Township, about 700 m from Jiaoxi Train Station, about 50 minutes by car from Taipei and about 80 minutes from Taoyuan International Airport. Every room has a hot spring bath, so you can soak as soon as you check in.
Chu Shi Xuan on the ground floor specializes in Yilan's famous crispy cherry duck and Cantonese dishes, and breakfast is served here too; Shi Chao Bar offers light meals, afternoon tea and local craft beer.
Family facilities are this hotel's strength: a heated outdoor pool with a kids' pool, a whirlpool, a play area with themed children's playgrounds and a game room, and a wide choice of family room types.

Highlights
01Hot Spring Rooms
Every room has its own hot spring bath, from the queen rooms to the family suites, so there is no need to look for a separate bathhouse; you can unwind as soon as you check in in the late afternoon.
Tangweigou Hot Spring Park is also nearby, so you can stroll over in the evening and take in the atmosphere of Jiaoxi's hot spring streets.

02Outdoor Pool
The outdoor pool is heated and comes with a kids' pool, towels and a lifeguard on duty; it is open daily 08:30–12:00 and 13:00–21:30, with an hour's break at midday. There is also a whirlpool.
The hotel also has a kids' play area and game room with themed children's playgrounds, so there is somewhere for kids to be active besides the water.

03Cherry Duck
Chu Shi Xuan on the ground floor is open daily 07:00–21:00 and specializes in Yilan's famous crispy cherry duck, along with Cantonese dishes and crispy char siu; breakfast is a buffet, charged separately.
Lunch and dinner are not eligible for the Marriott Bonvoy program, and tables can be reserved online or by phone. Shi Chao Bar is open daily 14:00–21:00, serving light meals, drinks, afternoon tea and Best Brews local craft beer.

Rooms feature wood floors and light colors, comfortable beds and a work desk, high-speed Wi-Fi (free for Marriott Bonvoy members who book direct) and a hot spring bath in every room. Jiaoxi is only about 50 minutes by car from Taipei, so this hotel fits nicely as the first night of a trip from Taipei toward Yilan or Hualien: sightsee along the way during the day, then check in in the late afternoon and soak right in your room. GO TAIWAN's 2-day Taipei & Yilan family trip spends its first night in Yilan before visiting the National Center for Traditional Arts and the Lanyang Museum the next day, and the 6-day food and culture round-island trip also spends its first night in Jiaoxi; you can stay here on either route. Guest self-parking is free; check with the hotel whether this applies to charter vehicles. If you have kids, there is the heated pool and kids' play area to enjoy after check-in, but the pool closes 12:00–13:00, so keep that in mind when planning your arrival time.
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out at 11:00; guests must be 18 or older to check in.
Every room has a hot spring bath, so you can soak in your room. The outdoor pool is a heated pool rather than a hot spring, with a kids' pool, open 08:30–12:00 and 13:00–21:30.
Self-parking is free for guests. There are no EV charging stations.
There is a free shuttle from Jiaoxi Train Station and Jiaoxi Bus Terminal; registration is required in advance. The hotel has no airport shuttle, but scheduled coaches run from Taoyuan Airport for about NT$220 one way.
