Marriott's hotels in Taiwan are spread across the big western cities, the east coast and Kenting, with many brands that are positioned very differently: under the same Marriott membership you'll find the 683-room Sheraton Grand Taipei Hotel next to Taipei Main Station, and the 62-room Yong Le Lukang, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel in Lukang's old town. When choosing, first look at where your itinerary has you sleeping each night, then decide whether you want the full facilities of a large hotel or the location and atmosphere of a small boutique property.

Charter
Most of Marriott's hotels in Taiwan are in cities, so pickups and drop-offs right at the hotel entrance are the easiest option for a private charter. Parking rules vary by hotel: some include a free space per room, others offer parking discounts with spending, and each hotel's page spells it out.
On a multi-city trip you can switch to a Marriott hotel in a different region each night, for example Taipei → The Westin Yilan Resort → Le Méridien Hualien Resort → Sheraton Taitung Hotel, with your luggage riding along in the car instead of being hauled onto trains. Gloria Manor in Kenting and the two Westin resorts in Yilan and Daxi are more out of the way, so they are best reached by private charter.
The Westin Tashee Resort, Taoyuan and The Westin Yilan Resort both have kids' clubs and pools, and Sheraton Hsinchu Hotel, Sheraton Taitung Hotel and Sheraton Taoyuan Hotel have children's play areas. THE AMNIS, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Kaohsiung only accepts guests aged 10 and up, so avoid it with young children.
Sheraton Taoyuan Hotel is in Dayuan District, about 9 km from Taoyuan Airport, and offers an airport drop-off shuttle by reservation. For other hotels, we can arrange private charter airport transfers directly.
It varies by hotel. Le Méridien Taichung accepts cats and dogs, and The Westin Tashee Resort, Taoyuan accepts dogs, but most hotels do not accept pets. Check each hotel's page and confirm with the hotel.
The charter driver will pick you up and drop you off at the hotel entrance. If the car needs to park at the hotel, parking rules and fees vary by property, and we will check them for your hotel before departure.
