The interiors, by Hirsch Bedner Associates, follow the theme of "a garden in the city", the hotel holds more than 600 original artworks, and the building has Diamond-level green building certification. On December 18, 2023, it joined Curio Collection by Hilton, becoming the first Curio Collection by Hilton hotel in Taiwan.
One thing to note on dining: the 6th-floor dining space is currently being renovated, and the former LA FARFALLA restaurant and The Terrace lobby bar are temporarily closed, with the reopening date subject to the hotel's latest notice. The draws here are the 7th-floor outdoor pool, EB SPA and a location where the Xinyi shopping district starts right outside the door; for meals, just walk to the surrounding department stores.

The pool is on the hotel's 7th floor, 1.15 m deep and open 06:00–22:00, with a daily cleaning and disinfection break from 12:00 to 13:30. The outdoor terrace has wooden decking, next to a garden that's open year-round.
The pool is closed for winter from November to March, and it also closes for safety in bad weather or typhoons. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent at all times, and swimwear is required in the pool.

A hotel-wide gallery of more than 600 artworks
Humble House positions itself as a gallery, with more than 600 original artworks by artists from Taiwan and abroad, including Yang Mao-lin (楊茂林), Wu Guanzhong (吳冠中), Wu Chi-tsung (吳季璁), Paola Pivi and Zadok Ben-David.
The interiors, planned by HBA, follow the theme of "a garden in the city" so the works blend into the space, and floors 5 to 7 also have outdoor planted landscaping.

ESPACE BEAUTÉ EB SPA on the 7th floor
EB SPA is on the 7th floor, a brand under the Kanebo cosmetics group (東方美企業佳麗寶化妝品集團). Treatments combine British aromatherapy with Japanese-style care, using AROMATHERAPY ASSOCIATES products.
It is closed on Mondays, open 10:00–22:00 Tuesday to Saturday and 10:00–19:00 on Sunday, and it's best to call ahead to book. Guests who show their room key and book treatments above a set amount receive an extra gift; details are subject to the hotel's latest notice.

The hotel is at No. 18, Songgao Road in the Xinyi District, sharing its car park with the Breeze Songgao department store, right next to Taipei 101, the shopping district, cinemas and the World Trade Center exhibition halls. By MRT, take the Bannan Line to Exit 3 of Taipei City Hall Station and walk about 5 minutes; by bus, get off at the Xingya Junior High School stop.
From Taoyuan Airport, the Dayou Bus 1960 runs to the Taipei City Hall Bus Station in about 60–70 minutes; from Songshan Airport, take the Wenhu Line to Zhongxiao Fuxing Station, change to the Bannan Line and get off at Taipei City Hall Station.

With a private charter
From Taoyuan International Airport it's about 48 km, around 40 minutes by car, via the national freeway and then the Xinyi Expressway into Xinyi; from Songshan Airport it's only about 15 minutes. Xinyi traffic is heavy during the day, so we recommend pick-up and drop-off at the hotel entrance on Songgao Road, handing your luggage to hotel staff. The hotel car park is shared with Breeze Songgao and spaces are limited; the guest parking rules are for guests' own cars, so charter pickups mainly happen at the entrance, and please check with the hotel first whether the vehicle can enter the car park. From here, the national freeway leads smoothly to the Northeast Coast, Jiufen and Yilan, and after a full day it's easy to come back to Xinyi for dinner.
