At a Glance
Hyatt Regency Taoyuan International Airport is at No. 1-1, Hangzhan South Road, Dayuan District, Taoyuan, inside the airport area, right outside Airport MRT A14a Airport Hotel Station. Formerly Novotel Taipei Taoyuan International Airport, it reopened under the Hyatt Regency brand on January 1, 2025, as Taiwan's first Hyatt Regency. The owner is CAL Hotel Co. (華航大飯店), a China Airlines affiliate, and the lobby, rooms and restaurants are being renovated in phases.
The hotel has about 500 rooms and suites. Some room types face the airport, with views of the apron and planes taking off and landing, and the windows are triple-glazed. The lobby has the "Window to the World" model aircraft wall, displaying more than 200 models.
Dining includes the buffet restaurant Market Café, Wei Fang (味坊) Chinese restaurant, the lobby bar The Lounge and a bakery. Leisure facilities include an indoor pool, jacuzzi, children's splash pool, steam room, dry sauna and 24-hour fitness center, plus Flo Spa. It suits travelers catching early flights or arriving late at night, or those who want the first or last night of a charter trip next to the airport.

Highlights
01Airport View
Room types with "Airport View" in their name face the airport, including the Airport View Room, the Airport View Family Room (one king bed plus one single bed) and Regency Club airport view room types. From the window you can see the apron and planes taking off and landing.
The windows are triple-glazed to cut aircraft noise. Views from other room types aren't guaranteed, so if you want to watch the planes, book an airport view room type directly.

02Market Café
Market Café is a Western-style buffet restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, with an à la carte menu as well, cooking local smallholder and seasonal ingredients on the spot; one child aged 12 or under can have breakfast free.
Wei Fang focuses on Chinese dishes and dim sum; the lobby bar The Lounge serves light meals, snacks and cocktails; and the bakery, in partnership with Nespresso, offers coffee, bread, sandwiches and desserts to take away.

03Airport Shuttle
The hotel runs a free shuttle for guests to and from Terminals 1 and 2, daily 04:00–23:30, every 30 minutes, departing from the 1st-floor lobby entrance. At Terminal 1, board at stop 12 in the B1 bus pick-up area; at Terminal 2, at stop 7 in the 1st-floor arrivals hall.
Seats are limited: sign up in person on the day of check-in (no advance booking). Each person can bring 2 pieces of luggage, up to 4 per room, each no more than 30 kg; if you're in a hurry, take the Airport MRT instead.

Rooms have a clean, simple design. Standard room types are about 28 sqm, with a desk, a rain shower in a separate shower area, a mini fridge and a kettle; suites also have a separate bathtub and shower. The most basic "Room" category is in Tower II, not the main building, so note this when booking. Views vary by room type, so confirm when booking.

Access
The hotel is at No. 1-1, Hangzhan South Road, Dayuan District, Taoyuan, in CAL Park (華航園區), China Airlines' headquarters complex, inside the airport's restricted traffic zone, so scooters, slow vehicles and bicycles can't ride directly to the hotel. Airport MRT A14a Airport Hotel Station is right outside.
Airport MRT trains run every 15 minutes direct to Terminals 1 and 2, take about 36 minutes to Taipei, and also connect south to HSR Taoyuan Station. There's also a free shuttle to and from both terminals, daily 04:00–23:30, every 30 minutes.
By car, take the airport spur of National Freeway 2 past Dayuan Interchange, keep left following the signs, and turn left into CAL Park to reach the hotel. When leaving, take Hangzhan North Road for Taipei and Zhongli, or Hangzhan South Road for the airport.

The hotel is right by the airport, within about 15 minutes by car of Terminals 1 and 2, which makes it a good first or last night on a charter trip: rest here on your arrival night and hit the freeway early the next morning, or stay here the night before you leave so an early flight isn't a rush. Heading into Taipei, to the North Coast or south, you take National Freeway 2 onto National Freeway 1 or 3. Your vehicle can simply pick up and drop off at the hotel entrance; guest parking rules are listed above, and please check with the hotel whether they apply to charter vehicles.
